Candace Samrai

Candace prides herself on knowing the ins and outs of the industry with over six years of real
estate experience. Candace started her real estate career working with one of the top teams in
Orange County later transitioning to the number one team in Los Angeles. Prior to real estate,
she found her passion for the industry as a mortgage lender working in finance.

Candace loves building connections with her clients, with the understanding this may be one of
the biggest purchases they may ever make and helping them to thoroughly understand the
process. She emphasizes purchasing a home should be fun, not stressful. She likes to ensure
her clients receive the utmost care starting with excellent communication, master negotiation,
and a seamless process from start to finish.

After falling in love with Austin’s atmosphere, southern charm, and the great food - when it came
time to start a family Candace and her husband uprooted themselves from Los Angeles finding
their new home in Austin.

In her free time, Candace loves being active most anything fitness related (gym, nature walks,
hiking, biking), cooking, spending time with her husband and baby girl, and interior design
