Lindsay is hands down the best Real Estate Agent we have ever worked with and we've had some pretty good ones. After working with Lindsay on buying our fourth house and selling our third, we would never consider working with another agent. Professional, knowledgeable, organized, responsive, and trustworthy are just a few of her traits that come to mind. The Austin housing market moves quickly, and Lindsay navigated it with ease. She gave us great advice and fought for us on both the buying and selling of our houses. She worked with us to submit a pre-market offer and several amendments. It was not a straightforward purchase, but Lindsay handled it admirably. She also helped us assess multiple offers on our home and secured an offer and a backup offer. Outside of her business savvy, Lindsay checked in with us at every stage and advocated for us (and our schedule) 100%. She handled the buying and selling agents, lenders, and even inspectors. As a bonus, Lindsay had contacts for everything from remodeling to cleaning to designing. You name it, she knew someone to recommend. Lindsay went above and beyond and even helped me finish cleaning our floors the day of our open house. Lindsay made our selling and buying experience better than we could have ever imagined. Ross exceeded our expectations. We have already referred his name to friends and family and will continue to do so. As you probably already know, Ross is awesome at what he does. His best trait is his ability to negotiate. He is prompt to either answer calls or return calls. This is also wonderful and keeps customers at ease. He answers all questions right away with enthusiasm. We sure enjoy working with Ross as he also found the apartment we are in while we wait for our new home in Sun City to be built. It is a pleasure working with Ross and we will stay in touch with him as he will also be involved with our new home closing.

First of all, Ross is great at what he does. One of the things that stand out is his very quick response time to phone calls missed. If he is unable to take a call right away, he calls back very soon, unlike 90% of persons. That is very impressive. Ross is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. If I were to hire a new sales agent Ross would be the perfect person to do the training. His negotiation capabilities are outstanding. He got what we wanted and it had to be difficult to do. Ross is always prepared to provide documentation or information right away. His ability to anticipate the needs of clients is very helpful for him and adds to his doing a very good job. It was a true pleasure working with Ross and we hope to see him again. We will not hesitate to refer Ross to anyone we know looking for a real estate agent.

Ross was great! As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of concerns, and I lacked a lot of knowledge on the ins and out of buying a house. Ross was there to walk us through every step and made the process considerably less stressful. He was very diligent and always made my wife, and I feel like we had somebody by our side during the negotiation process.
