For some, buying and selling real estate can be an intimidating process — a typical transaction involves dozens, if not hundreds, of important steps. However, Sam prides himself on his ability to present his clients with palatable and linear information that helps simplify the process and maximize financial gains. His previous clients will attest to his excellent communication, trustworthiness, and professionalism.

Sam received his master's degree from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas in Austin, with coursework in housing policy, and also holds bachelor's degrees in marketing and Spanish. He uses his education to produce hyper-local market data that he leverages in his clients’ favor. Competing in this market requires the most up-to-date and reliable information, and Sam ensures that his clients are always at the forefront.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, Sam makes it a priority to help as many Austinites as possible realize the dream of homeownership. Moreover, as the son of a veteran, he has a keen understanding of VA loans and the relocation process.

In his free time, Sam enjoys playing golf (poorly), reading fiction novels, and exploring all the nature trails that Austin has to offer with his dog, Woadie.
