Tosha Ballard

Tosha took great pride and applied herself to her work at a young age, striving to excel at every task she took on. After high school, she became a Dental Lab Technician and spent four years in the industry, where she continued to excel. Deciding it was time for an adventure, Tosha then enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserves, where she trained as a Combat Medic.

In 2010, Tosha and her husband started their search for their forever home and fell in love with everything about the Austin area. They now live in Leander with their four incredible children, who are their entire world.

Over the years, Tosha has spent her time designing marketing flyers for local agents and fell in love with the real estate business. She wanted to take her career further, so she pursued obtaining her real estate license. Real Estate has become Tosha's passion and she has enjoyed working with new home builders, investors, and has had the privilege of assisting many families in finding their own little piece of Texas to call home.
