Meet Mike

Mike Speed is a native Texan who has spent most of his life in Austin. After graduating from Angelo State University, he began his career with a decade as a coach and teacher before transitioning into high-tech equipment and software sales, and later the oil & gas industry. With more than 35 years of relationship-driven experience, Mike is a results-driven sales professional known for his steady follow-through and long-term partnerships.

In 2017, Mike became a REALTOR®. He now focuses on supporting team operations, serving tenants and landlords in the Austin rental market, and helping investors achieve their goals. Mike pairs lifelong knowledge of the Austin area with a tireless work ethic to deliver clear communication, practical guidance, and dependable results for every client.

Mike and his wife, Lisa, have been happily married for over 40 years. They’re proud parents of three grown children—Ross, Taylor, and Allison—graduates of Westwood High School and now pursuing careers of their own after college. Their family tree is still growing thanks to five energetic granddaughters who keep everyone on their toes.
