Ross Speed is a native Austinite with a clear read on the Austin market. He’s watched the city evolve, and he’s built his business around helping clients navigate that change with smart strategy and clear guidance. Whether it’s a client’s first purchase or their 15th, Ross keeps the process focused and moving toward closing.

A Baylor alum with a background in real estate and finance, Ross began his career in appraisals. That start gave him sharp instincts on pricing, positioning, and the decisions that protect a client’s leverage. His style is steady and straightforward. Clients know what matters, what doesn’t, and what to do next.

Ross co-founded the Speed & Neuren Group alongside Lindsay Neuren and helped grow it into one of Austin’s most consistently top-performing teams. Together they have surpassed $1B in combined sales volume. The group has been named the Austin Business Journal’s #1 Real Estate Team four consecutive years (2022–2025), and has been ranked as the #1 team at Compass Austin since the team’s inception.
